I had a piercing that was infected and stuck and I said I wanted it taken out. Proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t infected to the point where it needed to come out. Then decided to put me on an antibiotic for a nose infection. Paid $180. Was so painful I went to the ER and they said it was infected and needed to come out. So they pulled it out and wasn’t charged for the visit. Now it’s healed and is feeling much better. I’m glad I listened to my instincts.
I’ve received excellent care every time I’ve gone to Superior Walk-in Clinic. Waiting time is normally short, the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the the medical team is exceptional. We are blessed to have them in our community.
Everyone from the front office to the X-ray tech was very helpful, understanding, and amazing. Fingers crossed I dont have to come back but if I do it will be here.
Its not usually busy there which is nice but unfortunately when I went in to get my foot checked out, they said I had a sprain. Turns out I have a broken foot and need surgery after getting a second opinion. Though the staff is friendly!
Sydney was my nurse and I’ve never had such a great experience at any doctors appointment! She was very compassionate and empathetic! Love the staff here!
