Its not usually busy there which is nice but unfortunately when I went in to get my foot checked out, they said I had a sprain. Turns out I have a broken foot and need surgery after getting a second opinion. Though the staff is friendly!
Sydney was my nurse and I’ve never had such a great experience at any doctors appointment! She was very compassionate and empathetic! Love the staff here!
The staff was nice and I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Go early if you have concerns on waiting. Thank you for a quick and friendly visit!
Having experience with both the Walk-in and the GP side of this facility, I can truly say that their GPs are efficient and meticulous in ensuring that you have questions answered and let you know that you are being heard. The walk-in has ups and downs, but with urgent care, that is to be expected, as it is something that is more difficult to manage. The wait times are difficult at times, as I have waited upwards of an hour to be briefly seen, but otherwise, I am happy with this facility!
Very happy with my daughter and my experience here! My 1 year old was sick last week, and when I called my PCP on Friday, I was told she was out of the office. Her nurse advised I bring her to a walk in. When I came here, the ladies at the reception area were kind and patient with me while I tried to get organized. The nurse was very kind and efficient.
