I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I went in for something simple, and the service I received was unacceptable. The front desk staff were unbelievably slow and rude, making an already unpleasant experience even more frustrating. When I called to ask why I still hadn’t received any information, the woman I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and acted as though my concerns weren’t worth taking seriously. rude staff and longest wait ever
I was traveling through this area on a camping trip when I developed a tooth abscess. I stopped at this place they were able to get me in and get me a prescription for antibiotic. I was pretty satisfied with the visit except for 2 things, they had me fill out paperwork when I got in, after Handing in my paperwork, the 2 other people in the waiting room handed there's in. But for some reason, those two patients both got taken care of before me... not a big deal that wouldn't be enough to generate a 4 star review in and of its... read more
