I can’t imagine a more unprofessional and stressful experience. I initially reached out to the office over a year ago to have my insurance pre-authorized for vericose vein care. I went through all the appointments to prepare for the procedure with the understanding that it was a very routine process and that my insurance had been approved to cover it. Jenn was able to take me in even though I was early. She and Dr Logan are very thorough and efficient as well as cordial and easy to talk to.

I was seen the first week of September, was told that they would verify the procedures needed with my insurance. Did not receive a single call from the office for 14 weeks (I followed up 3 times). Now it is December and the time I spent at their office, on the phone, etc is a complete waste and they can’t fit me into their schedule. Terrible experience and care.

Dr Macumber and all of his staff are professional and so kind! I felt comfortable from the start because they answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I only wish I would have come in earlier!
