I can’t imagine a more unprofessional and stressful experience. I initially reached out to the office over a year ago to have my insurance pre-authorized for vericose vein care. I went through all the appointments to prepare for the procedure with the understanding that it was a very routine process and that my insurance had been approved to cover it.
