Just joined this practice as a new patient for PCP needs and am very glad I did. Took a very nasty fall at home last month and needed to get X-rayed, came to Superior Urgent Care and they X-rayed right in their office the same day-no waiting. After Xrays & radiology report were done the decision was to MRI in which one was scheduled THE very next day. Absolutely one of the best urgent care clinics I’ve ever been to. I have been here several times for sinus infections and other sicknesses and they have always been so top notch and thorough. I definitely recommend!
Great svc and communication from front desk gal, to nurse, to PA Ashley. All very efficient, little waiting, i highly recommend Superior.
Mary the nurse practitioner was absolutely awesome. I am a construction worker and hardly ever get sick. I have been sick with upper respiratory infection for two weeks, turns out it was pneumonia. I finally tapped out today and was seen. She was attentive, I didn’t feel like cattle being run through. She spent time with me and was not in a hurry. I don’t have insurance, and it was affordable. Not to mention the front desk lady that was as sweet as can be. Definitely recommend this place if needed. Onward and upward!
Went there yesterday at about 5:30 with my son who had cut his finger which required stitches. Was told I had to take him to cooks children in Hurst. Drove there only to find out the place I was directed to closed at 5 pm! Had to take him to legacy urgent care in NRH where he was quickly stitched up (only required 2 stitches, wasn’t a traumatic wound) by a friendly and accommodating staff. No clue why superior wouldn’t stitch up a simple wound or why they would direct us someplace that was closed.
