Just wanted to update my first review of Dr. Kanu's Keller, Tx location. I'm an older fish with A LOT of inherited health problems so I came in this past Saturday AM without an appointment for a seriously painful swelling right knee & causing WW3 inside. After getting out of my truck and before I got situated on my crutches I looked up and on the sidewalk in front of the office was Kris (Asst. I really like this place & the staff is great. However, I keep getting notifications for payment, but they’ve never submitted to my insurance company. After an hour on the phone with the billing department, they want me to contact my insurance company & have them call the billing department back. This is crazy. I’ve never had any issues like this at any other place (& definitely not an insurance company issue). Still waiting to find out how this ends up working out.
