I really like this place & the staff is great. However, I keep getting notifications for payment, but they’ve never submitted to my insurance company. After an hour on the phone with the billing department, they want me to contact my insurance company & have them call the billing department back. This is crazy. I’ve never had any issues like this at any other place (& definitely not an insurance company issue). Still waiting to find out how this ends up working out. I came here via making an appointment online on a Friday night. The check in process online was easy and when I got here that process was easy too. The staff were all very nice and caring. Dr. Kanu was really wonderful. He listened and then explained his recommendations. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.
This medical practice is exceptional for patient care and something that everyone needs. After using Dr. Kanu and staff for several months now I feel like we are on the right track for resolution of my medical issues. A very clean facility (Keller location) with personnel that are pleasant to speak with and concerned about your medical welfare combined with an excellent doctor that exhibits the kind of care that my baby and adulthood doctors provided for over 35 years.
