What a great experience! I spoke with Amanda, who was professional and super helpful. Amanda took care of the scheduling, the rolloff was there the next day. Upon calling for pick up, Amanda made the arrangements and the driver was there about an hour later. Both were a pleasure to interact with, this company is on top of their game. Will absolutely call them for the next job.
3 phone calls and no one answered… I left a voice mail, no return call. I used the online form yesterday, full business day later still no feedback. This is completely the reverse of what they market on the website.
They are great if they ever answer the phone. I've been trying for 2 weeks now with no answer. As of today my call is going straight to the voice-mail that nobody checks apparently. I've used them 3 or 4 times before and everytime it gets harder and harder to get a hold of someone. I'm taking my business elsewhere
I have used this company for 10+ years for tree removal and trimming, dumpster service once a year and weekly household trash removal. The women who handles the dumpster service is very friendly and professional. The dumpster usually arrives the same day I call. Very prompt with picking up the dumpster too. This company has done a great job with tree removal in the past and the next time I am in need of tree service I will be giving them a call. Called for a dumpster the person answering the phone was very rude and short . The dumpster never showed up. Awful company don't waste your time!!
