Great service and very professional company!!!!
No show, no call, 2 days. – Same as one of the other reviewers. I was told they would come for 2 days for a rather large job. After repeatedly calling these guys I just gave up. You do three things, buddy: scheduling, tree trimming, and billing. If you can't do the first one you won't be able to do the second 2. I will never call you again. Good luck!
Most Frustrating Experience Ever – I got a very reasonable proposal from this company to do about $2.5k worth of tree trimming and gave them the job. They scheduled the job a month out, which I thought was strange but agreed to nonetheless. When the time came to do the job, I got a call from the receptionist saying that they had fallen behind and needed to push my job back two week. Then it was pushed back another two week. They never showed up – I was repeatedly told that they were on their way -- for two days. And I was such a fool that I believed them. But...they did not show up. Hard to rate a company above a "0" when it never does the work.
