My order was pulled and ready when I got there. Happy friendly staff as well.
These guys are Great!! I called in a couple of hours before getting to the shop. It was a Saturday “Today” and I explained the issue that I was having with my Reefer Unit. Rylan met me at exactly the time I said ode be there. He diagnosed the issue. It was the alternator and he replaced it along with a new belt in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend W&B Service Company.
Stop at W&B in OKC because I was having an issue with my APU for about two weeks it was close to closing time but the shop manager Chuck was more than willing to help me and take a look at it I explained to him that I I have already paid a lot of money at another place and that now I have a new issue and I felt like the last place I stopped at to get an estimate was trying to rip me off so he told me that they could fix it but I had to come back next day because I there right before closing I had no problem with that I went ... read more
Had my refer shutdown on alarms. Called and got Craig to be waiting there for me when I arrived. He found the issue quick and ended up having to take my unit off the trailer to make the repair since I was loaded. Ace also helped him take the unit off and put it back on after the repairs were made!
Ran into reefer issues about 2 hours east of Oklahoma city. Figured out where the closest service was and was told that they would be waiting. Got there and immediately was assigned Craig. I have never seen a worker get right to business like him. It was just before quitting time on Friday and he was determined to get my reefer working ASAP.
