Had my refer shutdown on alarms. Called and got Craig to be waiting there for me when I arrived. He found the issue quick and ended up having to take my unit off the trailer to make the repair since I was loaded. Ace also helped him take the unit off and put it back on after the repairs were made!
Ran into reefer issues about 2 hours east of Oklahoma city. Figured out where the closest service was and was told that they would be waiting. Got there and immediately was assigned Craig. I have never seen a worker get right to business like him. It was just before quitting time on Friday and he was determined to get my reefer working ASAP.
