I've been a happy customer for years, but I've seen a rapid drop in quality and attention to detail leading to time and expense on my part. Now I strongly recommend against trusting them with your vehicle. Most recently, during a routine tire swap their tech lost the key for my locking wheel nuts. I had to drive to the dealer, buy new non-locking nuts, have them replace them, then drive back to Superior Tire to continue the work.
