Several years as a customer. I used to have such trust in them. Don't know what they did but it's not trustworthy anymore. Sad decline of a family business I was supporting
Ive used this shop a few times. My wife went in there today to swap out all season tires for winter tires (both on rims). When she got there it was suggested that if she doesnt get the tires balanced then the steering wheel can start shaking when shes driving on the highway etc. Even though the tires were in good condition. Cost $180 to swap out the tires. Took 20 minutes and an unnecessary wheel balance. Just lost a customer.
Google reviews led me to Superior and I was not disappointed! Anthony was kind and informative on the phone and when I went to pick up my vehicle. The whole experience was simple and I highly recommend using Superior.
I went to Superior Tire & Auto today for the first time, and I knew I had to write a review from the second I walked in the door. I don’t often write reviews, but as a parent with a toddler, I immediately noticed the sitting area with a big train table upon entering the building. This was such a relief to me knowing that this is a family friendly place and that my toddler would be able to keep busy while we waited.
