My Father was completely taken advantage of by this place. This establishment was sold to a new proprietor a few years back and the management is pretty shady. They charged my father who's been using them for years dating back to the previous owner ~$500 for a part (trunk assembly for a cadillac) that he paid $300 for a few years back and can currently be purchased on amazon and a few other parts site for around $200. Hi I'm Tony, work at parts store, just moved to different location down the street from this extraordinary establishment.. My store manager actually referred me here for A\C work, so I went for a/c diagnosis, they fixed it no problem, happy to say customer service & parts are reasonable I came for a/c and end up leaving with not only that but other repairs as well like all new set of tires, c v Axel repair & front end alignment repaired.... I've been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. John, James and the rest of the crew are truly master mechanics. No wonder you often see classic cars from the 1950s and 1960s parked in their lot. If the owners of vintage cars trust Pearl River Automotive with their "babies", then you can trust these professionals to do the right thing for your daily driver. Wish I could give them 6 stars for the times they've kept my old car rolling!

Went in for a simple part and the guy gave me instant attitude lost my business completely never going back
They don't have everything, but they do have a lot. The staff is very friendly (at least the two I met was). They had what I needed the first time. The second visit I needed to get a couple of items delivered there, but not a big deal. It just took an extra day. Costs are lower than any other place I called. A very pleasant experience.
Rude to customers and very little knowledge
