This is the txt Conversation between Superior Tint and I. Thursday txt wanting me to confirm my appointment. In which I did. Friday morning ( Day of appointment) txt from him saying we’re closed today. No explanation of why. And no response when I told him I had someone take off work today to pick me up. When it comes to customer service it is an absolute no for me. I was scheduled an appointment. Person text me to confirm an hour before appointment and I confirmed. 15 mins before my appointment the person text me to say “sorry something came up and not tinting today”. At this point I’m already in route and the only response was “sorry”. Who does that? Where is your customer service? Excellent work
He scheduled me for a Saturday morning and luckily I called him that morning to let him know I was running g late. He told me they were closed. So he scheduled one for the next Saturday. I’m half way to Jackson and send him a text and he says they’re closed again.
