Superior Storage was a wonderful experience! Location was very important for us where we could access our belongings . The climate controlled facility was always clean and easy to get to. The app was easy to use and the staff that we talked to were very helpful. Great company!
The buildings are great. However the business practices are horrible. Go to rent a storage unit and have to talk to someone over a computer. Filling out the documents were a task. Then upon move out this was another rude awakening. They had already taken their money from my credit card on file on the 1st. I moved out on the 9th. When asked if I would be receiving a credit back on my credit card I was told basically read the contract. Well that another issue. I guess it is in a vcf file and I don't have a way to open it.
