Should’ve read the reviews. They told me how low the prices were and I chose to go with them. Not even a full 2 months in and my price gets doubled. They reel you in with the low price and make it seem like that’s the price it’s going to be forever or at least for a while. Then once you’re in, raise the price. They claim that they tell you this in advance when they don’t. You’ll just get a random email stating the price of your unit is going to go up out of nowhere.
I love that I was able to do everything online. Calling and talking to people is not something I am a fan of, so it was great to do everything automated
Moved here from out of state, and had all my stuff in a storage unit within 20 minutes. The signing process took less than 5 minutes. The building is clean and new and the locks are all build in and automatic. You unlock them and access the building with an app on your phone... Definitely legit.
