Always great service! I was a little concerned about using the virtual concierge but Eric was a great help!
Favorite storage by far. It was weird checking in with a tv screen but very convenient and open 24/7 for most units.
Very clean well maintained and easy to use with the app
Even though it was not in person, the whole process from start to finish was done professionally and efficiently. Not having to have a key or enter a code just makes it that much easier to use Superior Storage
Not happy they took the bathroom and locked them, if you can put a lock that opens with your phone for my storage unit then be smart and do it for the bathroom. I'm Soo sick of being punished because someone else doesn't know how to act!!!!
