Great storage unit company with competitive rates and excellent website sign up experience. Phone App used to open doors/unit and share access to other family members. No padlock or keys needed! Highly Recommended!
Superior Storage goes above and beyond in every way. Everyone I've worked with is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The units are clean (even smell clean), the secure access it top notch with technology for smartphone enabled digital keys so that you don't have to worry about a physical key or lock. Best storage option in east Texas. Owners are great people.
Easy access to storage unit. Clean unit. Easy access to my building only. Good telephone support. The only down side? All the rolling carts were in building 3… I could see them but unable to access them. You have to call them, explain why you need into a different building other than where your unit is located. The logic behind this limitation escapes me. This is a nuisance and could be easily avoided but currently their system does not allow an override.
So secure and so easy to use and make payments!
