I believe Mark T***** at Superior Sprinkling has a good heart, but he over promises and under delivers. He hasn’t responded to multiple phone and text messages for over four months now. Even though I have paid him in full, I still have work to be finished on my job. Also, my new sprinkler system that Superior installed needs some warranty work, but again, he won’t return my phone calls and text messages. I would be very cautious hiring Superior Sprinkling to do your sprinkling system.

I have been a customer of Superior Sprinkling for 6 years and ever since the company changed owners last year, the service has been terrible. We pre-paid them fall and spring sprinkler shut-off/turn-on service. They have not honored their pre-paid spring turn on service despite several voice, text and email messages. Their website says this business is closed. DO NOT bother trying to contact Mark, he does not respond. He owes us $112.50 for pre-paid turn on service.

I subscribed (paid in advance) for the annual turn off and turn on sprinkler service. In the fall they did not show up to turn off my sprinklers, which resulted in a leaking pipe. I had to call several times to get them to respond. Now spring has come and they still have not come to turn on my sprinkling system, and fix the problem they caused by not turning off the water last the fall, and it is now coming time to start watering the lawn.
