New Owners. Super helpful and they actually have the chemicals I needed. Fixed a leak on my above ground pool the same day. Great to have a reliable Pool store in this city again.
This is a first class business! After shopping the competition we selected Superior Spas for our new hot tub. It was a great experience from start to finish. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about her hot tubs and her customer service was flawless. She organized the delivery, including a very reasonably priced crane service and followed through every step of the way. We love our new hot tub and we highly recommend Superior Spas if you’re looking for a hot tub.
Absolutely wonderful customer service from Karen. She was super responsive and so friendly and knowledgeable. We got a really nice seven person, Jacuzzi hot tub, and it had to be put in via crane over our roof! Karen is great as far as coordinating all the details for delivery and installation. We absolutely love our hot tub and would definitely recommend this company.
