Once you call one time and make them do any kind of work they will never answer to your phone number again. I have been trying to get forms I am owed by law for so long. I am going to contact TWC because every time i need something I have to waste gas to drive all the way down there because they won’t answer the phone. Every time I try to get my form filled out they say “the person doing pay roll isn’t here today” I know others will relate because I have heard them say that to other people as well.
