Poor communication, no follow up about install after paper work has been finished nearly 4 months ago. I am beginning to think Superior Solar does not want our business. If I could file a lawsuit I would, maybe I should file complaint to Better Business Bureau in Orlando!

We purchased a solar heating system from Superior Solar last year, and are still very satisfied with the results. The system keeps the pool warm enough for those who prefer 90 degrees or better, and the automated sensors require no effort on our part to maintain the preferred temperature. These days, there are so many companies with poor customer service skills. It's refreshing when you encounter a company that not only is great with service and support, but also provides a quality product. Superior Solar came recommended to us when we purchased our Heliocol Solar system over 5 years ago. Excellent customer service!!! David Spanier is a professional sales person who took the time to answer our many questions and guide us through the installation process. He delivered on his promise of a quality product with professional installers and my family and I look forward to many fun days in our solar heated pool. We have used Superior Solar for 2 different pools over the past 12 years. We requested them on our newest pool because of their excellent service the first time around. We had a leaking solar panel 4 years after installation...they came out the next day and fixed it. Great service! The few times I have had to call them over the past 12 years, I am always greeted with a live person, and receive the best care. Thank you Superior Solar!

In Spring 2016, I contracted Superior Solar to furnish and install a solar pool heating system and a variable speed pool pump. By March 2017, my pool had already reached 87 degrees, which allowed us to enjoy our liquid asset 3-months sooner than previous years. I'm also very happy with the pump. I saw an immediate decrease in my power bill (approximately $70 per month). Superior Solar has also provided continued support. Last year we had a pool installed by Blue Haven Pools, and the good fortune of having the solar installed by David Spanier of Superior Solar. The job was designed and installed in a short period of time and has worked very efficiently. I was very pleased that the entire project went so smoothly and I am looking to having David do another installation on a home that I own.
