I called Superior Soffit for a gutter repair and was impressed. The crew was professional, arrived on time and completed the job efficiently while keeping the area clean. Very affordable and reliable – I’ll definitely use them again for any soffit installation or fascia work.
Poor customer service. I spoke with the owner twice about getting fascia replaced. After my initial call and a follow-up text went unanswered, I reached out again. He didn’t remember our first conversation and said he had forgotten to pass along my contact information. I understand that mistakes happen. He told me he would get me on the schedule and might even be able to come out the following day, but I never heard back after that.
