RUN AND RUN FAST. DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I have never seen a dentist so unprofessional. They will have you waiting over an hour your original appt time. Then they will call you back and make you wait even longer. While I was waiting I saw the dentist on the phone with a patient, put them on hold, started talking shit about them to the receptionist and proceeded to ask her to deal with it. I had 2 emergency appointments back to back where the staff and doctor were not present. Despite waiting for 30 minutes each time and calling the office multiple times to set the appointment, confirm the day prior and then at the time of the appointment I was not able to get in to fix a broken crown. Highly unprofessional
I had 2 emergency appointments where the doctor and staff did not show up or respond when I called in. Terrible customer service and follow through. While Im sure the doctor is very good the scheduling process and office staff need a lot of coaching.
