I called about a few questions with my test. The front desk person was rude and down right ignorant. The fact that our tax dollars fund this place angers me and there was zero professionalism. If you don't like your job get a new one if you are having a bad day everyone has them and it shouldn't be reflected to customers especially when you are being funded by them
The sleep study itself was ok - staff was at least courteous. Other than that, this clinic needs to do better. It took three months to get the results of my sleep study. When I returned for the results, I was kept waiting for over an hour passed my appointment time. The appointment itself lasted five minutes. Don't bother trying to call this clinic - the receptionist doesn't answer the phone. Why is she even there? So far so good
I don’t recommend. I have stopped going to my appointments as I’m not listened too. I kept telling him I was waking up feeling like I’m smothering having to rip my mask off never changed anything I kept asking to have my pressure turned up or change something and he never did. Went to northern and right away they knew what was wrong. Switching my machine to them and will be able to actually sleep use my machine AND breath all night not wake up like I’m smothering myself. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am this morning - I wasn't seen until 10:30am. Everyone was apologetic but it still didn't take away the fact of waiting so long. The woman who checked in after me - I overheard her say she was early for her 9:15am appointment was taken and seen before me. In fact at 9:30, I had confirmed with the receptionist that my appointment was for 9am for a QUICK follow up. Finally, when I did get to see DR.
