Paul is awesome, great install, super response and helpful.
We switched to Superior last year and couldn't be more pleased. The service, adivce and prices were outstanding and Paul gave us the feeliing we were being dealt with honestly, not just a company trying to sell us equipment odr service we didn't need. I would recommend them without hesitation
The communication with the company is very spotty and getting answers is difficult. We had the company service the systems and install new vents as part of a small renovation. The new vents were installed at wrong heights and according to a couple contractors any professional hvac specialist should know to install vents at a height allowing baseboard installation - we learned this now the hard way.
Extremely professional, highly recommend Todd, Nick, and Mike. Their experience shows in their work!
