We have been using Superior for many years. They are great and reasonably priced.
I used this company as they had done service at a new home I had purchased. We had them install new thermostats. Immediately there were issues. Paul, the owner would not stand behind them. He used abusive language and would not fix the thermostats. My understanding is that this was his fathers business and he took over. I now understand from others who have used this company that this behavior is now the norm for this company. Stay away! This company and its owner are bad news. Very dishonest and not skilled at what they do.
