To not bury the lede: There was sewage everywhere! We recently had Superior Sewer out to hydrojet our stacks and lateral. We have a back door with direct access to our basement that is 10 feet from our stack, but the technician chose to enter the basement through our garage, through our family room (which includes our 6 year old's play area and toys), and down the basement stairs. Andrew N and Monty with Superior Sewer were so awesome with helping me understand how my sewer system is set up during their inspection. They took multiple videos and gave me tips about future maintenance to avoid issues. They went as far as finding a third clean out vent which previous companies hadn’t noticed. The pricing was super reasonable and will 100% have them come back to do any future maintenance work. 10/10 would recommend.
