Have been trying to get someone to come over and either look at AC or replace AC since June 1st and it's now June 18th. They asked for my number on June 1st, gave it to them, and nothing since. Nice to know potential customers matter.
Didn't know it was common place to laugh when asking if you could get a status update on an appointment on your only day off after working 7 days on because there's "no time for that", but y'know, at least they gave it to me like it was. Ain't got time to make the appointment, but you got time to laugh in someone's face when business is going good. 🤣
