Didn't know it was common place to laugh when asking if you could get a status update on an appointment on your only day off after working 7 days on because there's "no time for that", but y'know, at least they gave it to me like it was. Ain't got time to make the appointment, but you got time to laugh in someone's face when business is going good. 🤣
Just wanted to say thank you to Eric and the team at Superior Service and Schrimpf Management. The timing and response to a broken AC unit was more than I could ask for. Superior Technicians were professional, courteous and fast!
