Inferior Service should be their name. Non responsive. 3 weeks and have not gotten a bid for the simplist of repairs. Multiple calls no response. They suck

Worst customer service worst prices use another company!!!
Michael Macias with their Riverside office is a liar & cannot be trusted. No Integrity with this guy. He even lied referring to Superior as his company. I found out later & reported him to their main office and he still has not made this right. He sold me a used double oven and said it was 4 yrs old & in fact it was at least 20 yrs old. I’m glad he didn’t install since I am seeing overcharging with this company.
