Self-serving. They don't care. Billed and showed up with the wrong part. The correct thing to do would have been to apologize and refund immediately. Instead, they dragged their feet and gave me the runaround on the refund... “the person who needs to approve it isn’t here,” “we’re still investigating the matter,” and similar excuses. Terrible driver who works for this company who just did it hit and run on the 15 freeway in San Diego.
I run an independent restaurant and I would advise you to stay away from Superior Service. Most of their techs are GREAT and super knowledgable, but I have had a recent dispute with them where a job didn't get done properly, and they charged me multiple invoices just to get the job done when it should have been a warranty call (no charge). I requested a refund or credit for months, tried to get it escalated, and management didn't attempt to contact me once.
