Very dissatisfied with this company and the care of my elder. They do not communicate they do not tell you whether you're gonna have a caretaker and what time they will be there. When you call the tell them that no one has showed up and are you gonna have a caretaker today they tell you that they're still looking now will work on getting someone there which never happens that's a guarantee that you're not gonna have anyone that day They also don't do Significant background checks because one of the caretakers we had one ment... read more
