This is the first storage I've stored my valuables, where it was absent of rodents and insects. The temperature was always just right. The grounds inside and outside were spotless! My belongings were absent of any weather or water damage. Customer service was more than i could ask for. Nicole made the move-in process go very smooth. I can highly recommend this location for long term motorcycle storage. I have stored two out of country dual sport motorcycles for a year now (flying out of sacramento), everything has been perfect after a year both bikes along with riding/camping gear were dry and bug/rodent free. Customer service is also excellent, wonderful staff.

We just closed out our storage unit here after over a decade. During that time, we were always extremely satisfied. The facility is always clean overall and very secure. We were especially pleased with the exceptional customer service, especially Nicole, who was always efficient, helpful, and very pleasant to chat with. Although we certainly won't miss having the monthly payments, the unit we rented was reasonably priced and competitive with other storage facilities. Thanks for a good experience Superior and Nicole!

Great customer service! Nicole is the best! Every question or problem I run into she is always has the answer for it. I would highly recommend anyone to use Superior Self Storage as their choice for a storage unit.
