Wont return my calls to make my payment for my storage I feel like they are trying to steal what I have in my unit after seeing what I brought in to store there
My previous experience with storage lockers in Thunder Bay was not great but Superior Self Storage fixed that hesitance immediately. Their indoor storage facility was clean, properly maintained and pest free. I felt safe going there alone and always found maintenance was onsite. The office was easy to get a hold of via email or phone during office hours and payment was automatic. Overall a blessing during a very stressful time.
I’ve had a storage unit there for about ten years now. Very impressed with the quality of the space. Very clean and well lit. Very convenient loading and unloading zones with plenty of carts available. Staff has always been super helpful with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.
My highest recommendation for this business, and especially for Denae who assisted with my rental. The premises are professionally operated and spotless. Denae went above and beyond to assist me in finding the most cost-effective solution for my storage needs. Thank you.
