The staff is so friendly and informative. Barry is great! The building is clean and secure!
I don't recommend, ugly customer service...the old man/owner is arrogant...
Wont return my calls to make my payment for my storage I feel like they are trying to steal what I have in my unit after seeing what I brought in to store there
My previous experience with storage lockers in Thunder Bay was not great but Superior Self Storage fixed that hesitance immediately. Their indoor storage facility was clean, properly maintained and pest free. I felt safe going there alone and always found maintenance was onsite. The office was easy to get a hold of via email or phone during office hours and payment was automatic. Overall a blessing during a very stressful time.
