Staff is very helpful and kind, Mike is wonderful and very willing to help wherever he can. I’ve rented from the storage facility for awhile now and haven’t had any issues with staff or facility. I would recommend this facility 100%
1 Star – I Do NOT Recommend Superior Storage (1711 York Avenue, Rockford, IL) I have been with Superior Storage for less than a month, and I have had nothing but problems from the start. The contract was written incorrectly, the dates were wrong, and even after repeatedly asking the manager to correct and update the agreement, it was never handled properly. Not good! Beware! I gave my 10 day notice October 3rd, moved camper out October 9th and they still charged my card Nov 1 for another month and wouldn’t refund. Crooks.
