On Saturday, June 2, 2019, my 87 year old mom was belittled, insulted, threatened w/law enforcement, & w/denial of service in the future by the manager, THOMAS HOUSTON. Mom was taking my infirmed sister to early dinner )from her convalescent home near Touro). Mom didn't have enough cash, and the manager would not consider accepting her check. Wow! Amazing food cooked perfectly! Char-grilled oysters = perfection! Escargot = plump delicious and full of flavor! I will plan another vacation out to NOLA just to come back here. Tegan was wonderful and her selections of her favorites were spot on, great service! Thank you Tegan for stuffing my olives with blue cheese
Food was delicious!! Service was horrible! Our waitress was so rude! Had an attitude from the start. We asked for more bread.. eye-roll! Asked to separate our checks by couple and she told us she couldn’t,she could only take our credit cards and divide the whole Check by 3. Didn’t offer us refills the whole meal! Our first time here & will gladly return if we’re promised another waitress!

The customer service was horrible. The food took forever to come out and was cold. Also, the food is subpar. Save your coins. I will NEVER come back her again.
Unfortunately, if you are displeased with your food at Superior Seafood even after one bite. You can not trade it out for something else? I’ve never heard of anything like this. The plate I preferred to switch to actually cost more than the original plate I ordered. I’m not picky at all but i know grits and the consistency of these grits are highly clumpy and gritty.
