Had my whole pool screen replaced. So much transparency in what they do. Viktorya was constantly checking on her crew and giving updates on the progress of their work. Highly recommend the company.

I highly recommend this company! I was looking for a solution that would provide privacy to my backyard lanai.. but also help to diffuse intense morning sunlight. I contacted a number of Central Florida screening companies for advice and ended up leaving voicemail messages. The only company that called back was Superior Screens. The sales rep I spoke with (Victoria) took the time to listen to what I needed and suggested using 'Florida Glass' screening as the best solution for privacy and sunblocking. Superior Screens provided me with the worst customer service that I have ever received. Victoria claims to be an employee of Superior Screens, but talking to the subcontractors, she seems to be the owner. She gets the job and then subcontracts it. She lies, lies and lies. The funny thing is that the subcontractors are good and do a good job. However, they work for Victoria when they have an opening, so Victoria's jobs get pushed back. I waited two weeks for the "saleswoman" to provide a crew/person to do my small ground-level 16' x 12' screen room. Originally she said "Maybe this week" and they don't care how big the job is we do them in order of booking. Then nothing happened, I had already told her it's not a rush and she can fit it in as time allows, I know it's a small job and I don't mind waiting and being fit in. Excellent company to work with. We had our front entryway enclosed and are very pleased with the results. The young gentleman, and young lady who installed it for us were very efficient and professional. We feel the estimate was very fair. A great job.

We needed our pool cage re-screened and elite panels replaced on our patio. I called Superior Screens to come out for an estimate. Viktoriya came out the next day and gave us the (reasonable) estimate on the spot. The crew she sent over were very polite and professional. We are pleased with their work and would refer them to anyone needing new construction or repairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
