Ordered shirts and expressed the reason for the order is for them all to match for an event. We wanted orange shirts and they said men and women's wouldn't match, so they had to order grey shirts. They never called to say the women's shirts were completely different brands and tone of grey. Our event is tomorrow, so we're not too happy. In their defense it was a same week order; however, a phone call letting us know they were different would have been nice instead of it being a surprise.

I had a wonderful beginning. Susan was incredibly helpful, and I enjoyed her suggestions. However when i called to set up an appointment, I was told the artist wouldn’t be in until later. I called later and was told the artist was not going to be in after all (a family emergency). When I tried to set up another appointment the person on the phone just told me to come in tomorrow.
