I would give zero stars if i could. I would NEVER recommend this business. Jaime came out for another problem and said oh you need a new roof! He never fixed my problem i called him out for. He never completed the job! And I have a large tear in each slide he did not even tell me about! He would no show all the time, said parts were on back order and I knew after the first couple times what he was doing. This RV repair facility goes above and beyond with customer service. Staff is professional and courteous and does a good job at listening to our concerns. The owner is hands on and oversees this facility. They are mobile and have a facility in Cleburne. We really appreciate the fast and friendly service they provide for our RV. The Superior RV owner, Jamie, IS a liar and a cheat. We were traveling through Texas during a heatwave in July 2023 when our air conditioner stopped working in our RV. Jamie responded quickly and replaced it same day. We were impressed. He then said he saw mold on the roof and convinced us it needed to be replaced as storms were coming and our RV would leak. These guys are the best, we have an Open Range 5th wheel and we have only had it 2 months and the Refrigerator stop freezing and cooling. We called Superior RV and they came to look at it, it was completely broke! So we had a warranty and we had called and needed to get it inspected from the warranty company before getting a new one.
