Recently, they did my neighbors roof and it took them 5 whole days to complete... If you were not aware, it typically takes anywhere from 1-3days for a typical roof to be replaced. On top of this, I have a roofing company in the family and I was told that thier crew does it in 1 day. 5 days is absurd. Ordinarily I would not be upset but when my 10 month old is trying to take naps and go to sleep at 7pm and there is none stop banging and loud rock music playing, it's hard for me not to be upset. Called this company and I left a message the polite guy called me back took my info , came out when he said he would and inspected the roof very thoroughly.. he sent me pictures of what he saw on the roof. Then explained them to us . He was explaining what was wrong and how we could fix it , I was so suprised when he just fixed it right then . I will def be calling you again !
