When Brian came out for the free appraisal, he was polite, prepared with detailed information and brochures about what they offer, along with a timeline. When the sample book was lost in the mail, he drove one out to us so we could choose a color. During the installation, there was one storage box that was slightly damaged, and they quickly worked with us on a solution.
