Got a quote for a roof replacement. We sent them 50 percent of the money for the deposit they required. Waited and waited. Made a few phone calls to find out when they were going to start. At the end they would not return my calls. We recieved a letter and a check in the mail returning our deposit saying they misquoted the job by 1/3 of the total cost.
