Scott Maley who owns Superior Reflections Hardwood Floors and his wife Stephanie have promised to return the $9350 that they ripped me off for refinishing my floors. Scott did a terrible job and never finished. I have less than 600 square feet of flooring. Scott Maley is a phony.
BUYER BEWARE. Scott.is a dishonest and unreliable person. He is a good talker and can really lead you to believe he's a good worker. His work is HORRIBLE..Stay away.

Scott is a scammer. Buyer beware. Stay away from Scott. Claimed to be a proffessional in flooring. His work is horrible. Uses only 1 coat of cheap polyurethane. BUYER BEWARE.
POOR QUALITY WORK. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME..STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT. VERY SAD.
Buyer beware. Scott is a liar and a good talker when he wants the job.. Makes all kind of promise but failed.to deliver. I paid $1000 on first day on the job, came back 3 weeks later to finish the job. He use cheap quality polyurethane. Promised 2 coats but only did 1 coat. Don't waste your time. Stay away.
Working with Scott Maley has been a horrible experience. He had 3 1/2 wait weeks to refinish our hardwood floors. Every time we had a question or concern he was abrasive. He refuses to talk any other way than via text. Anytime you push back he tells you about how upset this is making his wife. He had one worker doing the majority of the work. Don’t waste your money! It was an unprofessional, horrible experience. I found Scott Maley from Home Advisor so I thought after reading the couple of reviews that it would be a good choice to use him to strip and refinish my hardwood floors. They were scheduled to strip my hardwood floors and use three coats of polyurethane finish. I made it clear that it needed to be done while I was on vacation which gave them 10 days. This contractor is a thief & does not tell the truth. He over charged for a terrible job & I have pictures to prove it. I am warning people not to hire this company. The owner is Scott Maley. If I can find a way to post pictures you will have a good idea to stay away from this con.
