I have worked with Mark over the past year and have been very happy with his work. He's someone you can call and know that things will get taken care of, and as a renter, that's not always been my experience. If Mark says he will do something, he does, period. It's easy to recommend Mark's services and if I were looking to buy he is one of the first people I would call.

I've known Mark for a few years and when I started considering renting out my condo here in Superior I immediately turned to him because I did not want to find qualified applicants nor collect monthly payments and because I trusted him. Mark provided feedback on how I should prepare my condo, which actually saved me money, because I was prepared to improve more than what he felt was necessary. I will use Mark's services for all future Rentals and Real Estate purchases.
