They are currently scamming me and not returning my security deposit. It’s been almost 3 months since my lease ended, I’ve called them over 10 times over the past TWO months to get my deposit back - each time they tell a lie and say they will mail it to me and never do. I am in the process of taking them to court. Do not rent with them. Literally landlord scum who live off of stealing money from others. They really do not care.
I've had an excellent experience with this management company. They are professional, organized, and truly care about the buildings and residents they manage. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and thoroughly. Repairs were handled efficiently, and communication has always been clear and respectful. It's refreshing to deal with a management team that is both approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

This management company steals money from shareholders and tenants. They charge for repairs that they are legally responsible for and send a bill to shareholder after the work is done. They are highly unscrupulous and unethical. They are violating HPD and DOB codes constantly. The super terrible too. Stay away from them and i Run for your life.
The worst management ever! They didn't anything about the super who was rude and didn't want to do work and wouldn't respond in case of emergencies. They didn't do anything about the mice in the apartment! Even when I told them I'm leaving and I gave them ample time (basically 5 months) to figure out what to do next and to get back to me regarding my security deposit, they're still doing nothing.
