I don’t know how they have 3.3 stars on here but don’t let it deceive you. These people have been accused several times of fraudulently withholding portions of their tenants deposits. And They cite ridiculous reasons for it. They might charge you 1500 dollars for smoke damage that they admitted could be caused by cooking. They might charge you 60 dollars for a few lightbulbs even if the light bulbs were changed before departure.
