The Owner (Sam) was nice when I spoke to her on the phone but her agent/broker that she connected me with (Jacqueline Charmely) was rude and extremely unprofessional. My father and I have been trying reach Jacqueline Charmely for 5 days and we still have not received a single call back. Jacqueline would only do the bare minimum and email us if we needed to send money or give her more information, she didn't ever respond to my fathers questions when he emailed her.
