We have had a horrible experience with vertical Real estate. Particularly, with Diana and the old property manager Kyle who is no longer with the company. Unfortunately, Diana still is. The only person we have gotten somewhere with, in terms of a somewhat speedy response, is the owner of the entire company (yes, we eventually had to climb up to the top of the latter as our concerns and needs weren't being met on the level they should be) however, he seems to not want to get involved and continues to push us back to Diana and... read more
