RecommendedJust purchased another Chainsaw. People ask me why Husquvarna vs Sthl. It's the dealer!!! Hands down Superior's customer service is amazing. I cant say enough about how good ALL the people are. I'm not a contractor, just a home owner with toys and they treat me just as important to them as a business would be. They sell you what you need, not what they want to make the most money on.
When servicing your seasonal equipment, they check everything. Have had no problems so far. (Use to go to another big local dealer for years and found many times they never checked or greased my snow blower. Also, never checked air pressure in the tires of my ridding mower.) That's why I switched to Superior power, they do great work. I have no complaints.
I had issue with my ride on mower for over a year, did not cut right, always having to do two passes to make it look nice. Everyone told me to take my mower here but I hesitated...man o man was I wrong to wait. Made an appointment, dropped mower off, got mower back in 5 days (including a Sunday off day), and let me tell you something..."I will never take my mower anywhere else, it was like having my brand new mower back and using it for the first time." Always support friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got my chainsaw here, as well as other equipment to go with it. Had my chain sharpened a couple times too, and it's always a good job done.
