Max Joya was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. On the two occasions I visited, I asked questions while trying to find volleyball PVC sleeves, and I felt like I was a bother for simply asking for help. It seemed as though asking questions was a problem, or that I was expected to already know the answers. I hope this issue is addressed and improved moving forward.
