Absolutely the worst customer service ever, walked in to be left sitting there with no help cause the front desk lady was on a personal call outside and didn’t come In for 10 min. Then it took them literally 20 min to pull 6 items. No customer service and absolutely rude when I asked for my will call.
I called them and the recording kept saying that estimated wait time was less than 10 minutes but I was on hold for half an hour before hanging up.
This place has all youre pool needs high quality supply not to mention the customer service is excellent 👌
My pool heater blew up. They had the same model in stock. When I got there, it was out front, and a person came out to load it for me. Great place
Should really consider not limiting your customer base as a commercial company using bulk quantities of SH you would think a new customer is a new customer. To be turned away because I don’t service 80% of my business as pool supply or Maintnace should have no significance on being a high volume buyer of your commercial products …. Denver has a unique style that’s for sure
