The way payment is applied to my account leaves a lot to be desired. Even when I wrote the invoice numbers on my check, they are often credited to other charges which makes for total confusion when trying to reconcile what I owe. When there are returns, it ends up being a totally confusing mess. I wish their accounting system was more up-to-date.
Superior Pool Products of Placentia = No customer service! This is a great place to go if you want to be made to wait, talk about sports, have your orders screwed up, get overcharged and be gossiped about after you leave by the two faced hypocritical bigots. But first, you have to dumb yourself down to be at the intellectual level of the uneducated inarticulate counter "help" certified morons that work here.
