Our pool tech highly recommended Superior Pool Plastering and noted she had only heard positive comments about the company and the work they do. Seemed a high bar but Tim Gissel and his crew of renovation experts, met the expectations with clear information on each step of the process, reviewing the work as completed and ensuring us a sparkling start to summer.
We had an estimate/contract with Superior Pool Plastering for our pool interior. They told us they would do the pre-plaster inspection once tile and coping/decking were installed. We completed that work and reached back out with pictures, but they still would not come inspect the project and later rescinded the estimate. Very frustrating and inconsistent experience. I would not recommend them based on how this was handled.
We couldn't be happier with our pool remodel! Tim and his team worked diligently and paid attention to detail. They transformed our outdated pool into a beautiful space that feels brand new. When issues arose, Tim worked quickly to resolve. Thank you Superior Pools!
