Service for my elderly father had been satisfactory for years. Then for some reason he received a number of strange and cryptic phone calls stating how superior could no longer deliver oil. One call stated that superior had been purchased by mirabito. Then another caller said the purchase had not gone through. Why that was prudent to my father's situation, I have no idea. They say it will be one price then charged me .80 more a gallon, called and was given the run around again. Was told I would get a delivery for price A and got it 5 days later at $.30 more than told a few days ago. They always over charge and if I catch it, they don’t refund it, they leave it on the account but then I’m not sure it gets used because I have to mention it everytime and they “forget. I have been wait 5weeks for heating oil to be delivered n when I call not one picks up or I get someone out of big flats
Do your due diligence! Ever since they switched to their online refill ordering amd close the local office the price per fill has seemed high. Yesterday I tried to set up a heating oil fill. Did it online, 150gallon minimum estimated with fees from online came out to 880$! 5.86 a gallon! Seemed ridiculously high considering diesel just dropped below 5.00 locally. So I called their office just to double check what they were charging and was told 5.49 plus tax and fees. No thanks! Called E&V who Historically were always higher... read more
If you can avoid this terrible company do. They have absolutely terrible customer service. Especially for a company that supplies fuel for living. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!
