One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with.Between their not answering phone calls to price gouging on the propane prices, the all-time worst. Just switched companies to another local provider and what a difference. Do your research before deciding on going to this inept company.
Their customer service is horrendous. I bought a house this summer and it took them 3 weeks to send a technician out to reconnect the lines, i had to call them multiple times for them to set up an appointment. The technician (who was wonderful) tried to set me up with load to load by prepaying for a full tank. My furnace went out and I found out that they never switched me over to load to load for some reason and told me the tech was not correct in what he told me. I had to call them back and still have not gotten answers
Service for my elderly father had been satisfactory for years. Then for some reason he received a number of strange and cryptic phone calls stating how superior could no longer deliver oil. One call stated that superior had been purchased by mirabito. Then another caller said the purchase had not gone through. Why that was prudent to my father's situation, I have no idea. They say it will be one price then charged me .80 more a gallon, called and was given the run around again. Was told I would get a delivery for price A and got it 5 days later at $.30 more than told a few days ago. They always over charge and if I catch it, they don’t refund it, they leave it on the account but then I’m not sure it gets used because I have to mention it everytime and they “forget.
