Rachel at Superior Plumbing responded within 30 min. of my phone call and Jesse arrived within 1 hour to assess the needed repairs. He devised a temporary fix to eliminate any further water damage while waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. (pressure reducer at at the main water line in the basement). Jesse returned with the new parts and completed the installation in 1 hour. I can't imagine a more efficient repair service and highly recommend Superior Plumbing!
