Kurtis was very thorough in explaining processes for clearing out a clogged kitchen sink. I opted for the hydro blasting since after I tried a plunger, well, nothing moved after that. Kyle did a great job clearing it. Both are kind and personable which is always a plus in my books. It was a pleasure having them fix my problem. Note: Kurtis went above and beyond to answer questions or just listen to me worry lol. Appreciate it!!

We had a plumbing issue on a Friday afternoon and luckily Kurtis was able to come out to help us right away! He was very professional and clear with what the issue was. Kurtis was able to solve the problem efficiently! Highly recommend!

Needed urgent work done due to a blockage. 1) Didn't come prepared to unblock a blockage AT ALL. Literally was the reason why we called. We told them the issue. 2)They were trying to upsell saying the best they could do would cost 1700-2700... for a BLOCKAGE of something that we have dealt with in the past that was easily dealt with for a FRACTION of that cost in the past. I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. Buyer beware of Superior plumbing. I had some emergency service done last year all paid for and they tried to sign me up for a yearly membership which I declined. A year later they attempted to bill my credit card card for 124.30. When I called to question it the admin person was very arrogant and no apology or explanation. It was as if she regretted getting caught. This is a despicable practice and I hope they haven’t been scamming seniors in Niagara. Stay away from companies who act in bad faith.
