Dealt with this company one year ago; paid with tax $168.00. Job took 20 minutes to tighten shower head. One year later company applied $124.00 (sans pre notification) toward membership that I never agreed to, nor have called upon since. Called company (head office in MIssissauga,) twice, and they said they would refund and credit my MasterCard. NO such luck. Beware of these unscupulous owners/managers. Would not recommend to anyone. My experience with Superior plumbing was great they came on time and helped me with my issues with the bathroom drain. this is the third time they helped me🤗
Kurtis came within 2 hours of requesting service. Super knowledgeable and answers all questions we had. Would recommend him and their service!
We had Kurtis come out and repair our hot/cold laundry shut offs. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He made sure everything was checked over and there was no additional leaks. Would definitely use Superior Plumbing, and Kurtis, again in the future.
