Called for a heating job and because of over price I did not want to fix. They guy called be again and was threatening that he is going to do something. This company should close. Not good employees.

We had a clogged drain and called these guys. They said to unclog the drain would cost $850.00 when they showed up, we said no thank you and we still had to pay $140.00 We called Bubby's Plumbing and they came and unclogged the drain and our bill was $220.00 I have no idea how Superior can charge absolutely outrageous prices and rip people off like that. So call Bubby's Plumbing before these guys and save a ton of money.

This company is a scam (allegedly in my opinion) and I believe all their 5 star reviews are fake. They quoted $1250 to snake a drain that another company did for $200. They tried to upsell thousands more in services that are not needed. They tell you to sign a contract and pay a deposit of 50% when I called to cancel the service because I got quotes for much more reasonable prices they said they’d honour the contract that states a cancelation is only a payment of 25% of the quote INCLUDING TAX. The technicians were polite and professional. However, I was duped with the pricing. I should have checked around first - my fault. I believed them.They overcharged me by a lot. I found that out after the fact.They make you sign so many agreements so you can’t back out. Be careful. Please compare pricing. Well, I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.
