Very friendly and informative. Called about an issue with our Sump Pump. Chandler showed up and after quickly diagnosing our concerns went the extra mile and asked if there was anything else he could help out with. I mentioned possible concerns with our furnace, he checked it out and recommended a fall cleaning. No pressure, no upselling- just straight facts. Will be using Superior Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Had Superior come out to fix a leaky outdoor hose bib that had been dripping for a while. Quick diagnosis, quick fix. The technician was friendly, wore boot covers inside without me even asking, and left the area cleaner than he found it. Small details like that go a long way

I called Superior for a hot water tank leak. They called me back within minutes and were able to send someone out the same day to access. Brian arrived within the time frame I was given. He was very courteous and professional. Explained the situation and provided me with a quote. I was very pleased when he let me know they could return in the morning to replace the tank.
