Superior sent out a young man Conner after my furnace stopped working. After an hour of testing Conner diagnosed my Furnace and explained that my control board had shortened out. after calling all around they source the part I needed and had my furnace working within 24hrs of finding I had a problem
In the middle of deep snow and freezing temps in February, I needed a replacement water heater on an emergency basis. From the moment I called the dispatcher, Superior came to the rescue right away. I had sewage rising up in my wash tub, these guys came over, it was a rush job as i work overnight. They were pros all they way, friendly as well they explained the good and the bad,, thank god the bad wasn't as bad as it could have been. I will call again absolutely..
