This appears to be a scam company, this is the address of our business, and superior plumbing is not, and as far as I can tell, has never been here.
This company made themselves sound affordable to my Landlord who is eldery. He had asked for a simple quote to unclog a shower drain . they sent in a so called diagnostic plumber (who looked about 18 years Old) who did nothing but run the taps for two seconds. Never bothered to look at the shower and then run out to his car and tell the tenant there that they could not tell the tenant any details . Tenant was confused. The company emailed the landlord a 3 thousand dollar quote and sent pictures of the toilet to the landlord ... read more
Be extremely careful when using this company for any service they price gouge and inflate prices on services. My suggestion is to GET OTHER QUOTES
Had one of your techs come out to help us with our water pressure issue. They were here for about 10 mins. No trouble shooting was done. Just looked at our system and said yeah 7000 to fix your issue. Jaw dropping, considering for us to do the job our selfs would have cost about 2000. When we called and asked why so expensive we were told well you get a warranty. 🤔 Any who our water presser is fixed with out replacing anything and just doing a little trouble shooting. 150 bucks for nothing.
