Hired Superior Plumbing to install a shower head in my bathroom. They charged $4,802.50 for 3 hours of work and I provided the shower head myself. Found out that they sent uncertified technicians who have no documented training and they installed it incorrectly. In communications with the company, I was told that they are too big to provide itemized invoices and that I wouldn't understand it anyway. oh wow was a shame that a 10min youtube video and 30$ Drano did the trick and yet you charged me a 1hr service call and gave me a quote for 600$ to get my drain fixed. Seriously never again

Do not hire this company, not even for a simple inspection. I brought them in to take a look at our ac unit, they said the issue was our thermostat and coolant needed to be topped up. They proceeded to charge me $900 deposit and $2000 for the full service. They said they would be in by the morning, Multiple days/excuses later no work has been done on my ac unit. SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM Took a $988 deposit and literally did nothing - came up with every excuse in the book to not come to the house… i understand we are in a heat wave, i understand it’s your busy season but do not tell someone you’ll be there tomorrow if you don’t think you’ll be able to make it.
